After purchasing my first watch last month, I have dipped my toe into the eBay market and picked up a bargain. A new Formula 1 watch for a great price.

Congrats, looks tasty. I am being very careful not to buy too much at once, as you say it's addictive... but even bargains can be a waste of money if you change your mind or if you buy something 'because it's cheap' and then it never gets any wrist time.

This will be my "wear anytime, anywhere watch" with my calibre 1887 carrera reserved for weekend/nice.

The watch wasn't far off half price so it can be flipped without making a loss.

Yeah it's addictive, no doubt about it.

I used to buy suits, sneakers, eat at restaurants, etc. now i am saving all that so i can buy more watch. My wife aren't very happy. Lol

I am leading her to newly profound happiness. An everlasting one. Swiss made watch
Better than Italian leather bag (no offense. But bags no matter how expensive it is, have age limit)
But she is super bag person. Before married to me she already have tons of it.

    16 TH ?! Gosh. That's a lot...

My wife loves bag as well; problem with bags is the price you have to pay for the brand name.
It also applies to watches, but not as dramatic.

You can flip a watch, not a bag.

Some bags are trendy for a season or two, and then they become space eaters.

So that's 3/0 to the advantage of watches.

Ahh, but 8 different faces on your Connected only count as one watch ;)
