Hi all. I thought this could be an interesting thread for all to share on accuracy of your watch, especially for automatic movements. Yes, there are standards for automatic chronographs and regular watches, as well as there are COSC standards. And yes, it depends a lot on temperature, manner of wearing your watch, magnetism and other factors. However, I think it will be interesting to get an idea what is your specific accuracy. Please indicate your model (use specifics please), age of your watch and accuracy per day. For example, mine is Formula 1, Calibre 16, 4 months old, -1 second per day. And would be great if you attach your watch picture.

I only time my watches for accuracy when I first get them. After I get a feel for how accurate a watch is I don't bother after a while.

My most accurate mechanical TAG Heuer just happens to be my latest: Monaco 50 LE, Calibre 11 (2019), 1.5 months old.
Its accuracy depends on how consistently and fully its wound.
    - Worn daily (all day) and with a watch winder at night: +1 secs/day
    - Worn daily (but taking it off periodically) and without the watch winder at night, it varies between being "spot on" to -2 secs/day

    For comparison:
    - My Monaco Vintage Grey LE Calibre 11 (2010) was about +7 secs/day when new
    - My Monaco Gulf Grey LE Calibre 12 (2011) was about -4 secs/day when new
    - My most accurate Quartz TAG Heuer: Gulf F1 (2018), +-0/day, gained 12 secs in 1 year
    - My most accurate non TH mechanical watch: Rolex Submariner (2012), which is COSC and very accurate, +- 0/day, gains +2 secs/week

I have had my Tag Heuer Autavia Isograph 2 weeks now and it is still perfect to within 1 second. I think there is real benefit to the Isograph technology.

Thank you for the information !

I had some traumas when it comes to calibre5 but somehow hoping the Isograph would changed the game.

Will be hunting for these 3 hander Autavia in the future :whistling:
