Don't know how you turned silver into Gulf blue, but I like it!
Wow is right!
Looks even more killer on the black strap, such a cool look!
A brief observation on the Teal Carrera: We had a mostly cloudy day yesterday, but today was substantially better. Amazingly, this watch looks a lot different. This dial really shines in sunlight. I’d venture to say it’s more than iridescent... I believe the glassbox’s refractions give it a bit more depth than would be otherwise possible with a flat crystal. Overall, this pairing of the crystal and dial seems to be a strong complementary match.
You got one too!? Congrats!!!
The dial looks especially lovely in those first two pics!
Congratulations sir @Slomosen
How about a pair shot with the green Monaco?
Thank you man! My wife actually took the first pic, so I’ll have to share the credit with her. But I’ll take full credit for posting it!
Haha, @kappa_md, I appreciate the thinking! Unfortunately, I don’t have the green Monaco (what a beauty though!) I was a bit pre-occupied picking up a different green watch this season (seems like they were all green ), but I don’t think it’s in line with the interests of this forum.
Feel free to post your other green purchase in the "Other watches/Other brands" thread: https://forums.calibre11.com/threads/other-watches-other-brands.81893/
Many of us appreciate time pieces of all kinds, myself included.
Very nice man, congrats!
That’s the best thing about this forum, it’s ok to like and share all types
@Slomosen this means you have all of the blue (ish) glassbox Carreras right?
Holy shit, congrats and boy these photos are awesome. Especially love how the dial looks in the second photo
I’ve not thought to categorize them that way, but I believe you’re correct.
That sounds good guys; I’ll take a look at the thread. Thank you!
Beautiful warm and sunny day. Was planning to do some work in the garden. Couldn't concentrate.
A little more
Is it first collaboration with PORSCHE?
That's so great! Where do you find these things?!!
I found it in a Japanese market.
I found 3 stopwatches related to Toyota in the past but this is my first Porsche one.
This one came with its original warranty card dated 1988.
