I don't think the phone's version should matter.

The "push" to the watch should be automatic. However, you can "check manually" by going into the Settings to use the 'System Update' function.

I don't receive the update, that's why I ask if your phone's version is 6.0.

Yes, I have a Nexus 6P with Marshmallow, but I still think that should not matter. Keep in mind Google does "push" updates in phases, so hopefully you'll get your's soon.

Regarding the new watch faces for IOS users - I received this reply from TAG Connected support -

Please be advised that an update is currently being pushed out for the TAG Heuer Connected watch. All watches will received the update by the 12th March.

I can confirm that from this update iOS users will be able to receive the TAG Heuer Ambassador watch faces.

Looking forward to seeing what this update delivers

This has to be the 6.0.1 OS update. Can't image two different updates within such a small time-frame.

How close are you talking to the microphone? Try speaking close to it by saying "Ok Google", or open the search function for it to "listen". If that still fails, you check the mic indentation on the left to make sure it's not blocked by dirt/debris. If all fails, you may want to check where you purchased it for an exchange or warranty.

Hubert, thanks for your reply. I am talking directly into the side of the mic, further to that I have even tried tapping it and nothing ... No feedback at allusing "Ok Google" command or using the search option. Have also taken a small pin and just cleaned the little mic hole, being careful not to poke it in, I think is faulty, have just completed a service request to Tag. Not happy as only had it for 2 months or so but what can you do .. Without this function the watch is pretty much useless .. :-(

Thanks for the follow-up. Hopefully they can give you a replacement. If you have an Android phone or tablet, then you should try installing WatchMaker to donwload and/or create custom watchfaces. See my post about that.

My watch shows just a few contacts but not the whole list, any ideas?

Your phone may have contacts from multiple sources (imported from your old phone/s, new contacts, GMAIL, work email, etc). This may be the reason why Android Wear is just be syncing some of them with your watch.

That's not the case, all my contacts are under my Google account.
Does your watch show your whole contact list?
