I logged-in to the website at the TAG Heuer service center today and saw that my watch was completed yesterday. I should consider myself lucky since they've had it less than six weeks. I didn't receive a tracking number and when I called to enquire, they told me that even though the work was finished yesterday, it may not be shipped until later this week...or early next week. They're running a bit behind. Can't wait to get it back so I can sell it.
It was losing hours per day, then it stopped, then it would run only if the chronograph function was engaged. Probably not as it was intended when they went to market.
