    Hello,

My name is Sarah and I am looking for some help to identify a Tag Heuer series, or better yet, a specific watch.

Some background: about 5 years ago, my father stumbled across a Tag Heuer watch in a second hand (ha ha) store in Japan.
He did not end up purchasing the watch, something he laments to this day.
As he's coming up to his retirement soon, my sisters and I would like to surprise him with a watch, and would love to be able identify the one he saw in Japan.

Going off his limited description, I showed him some images of Carreras from recent years, and he says they're similar, but not quite right.

We've landed on the following basic description of the watch:

    Band: Silver
    Face: silver & round
    Bezel: blank
    Date marker: yes
    Hour markers: numeric
    Minute markers: no
    Chronograph: no
    Dual time: no

I've been going through old catalogues, but haven't been able to find anything matching this exact description. I'm hoping that an enthusiast on these forums may be able to help.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Hi Sarah!

Maybe you can post this question in the main forum:
    https://forums.calibre11.com/forums/tag-heuer-discussion.42/
Because this one is specific for the TAG Heuer Connected smartwatch, and some members that could help you, maybe are not reading the Connected forum.

From your description, and mainly if the bezel was without numbers, it could be a Carrera like this one?:

Anyway, you can find many different catalogues from different years (because we don’t know how old was the watch) in the Calibre11 site:

Thank you for pointing out that I posted to the incorrect forum!
I'll move it over to the main forum.
With regard to the Carrera; no, that isn't the one unfortunately.

    The search continues!

    Thanks again

Thanks for your reply, Aquagraph, and apologies for my delayed response.
I went through a majority of the gallery with my father, but again, he said none of them looked quite right.
I'm now starting to think that he is perhaps misremembering the watch he saw, or that perhaps it wasn't even a Tag Heuer!
From the gallery; it appears that instances of both a round face with all hour markers being numerical isn't that common, which makes it even more frustrating that we can't pin down an identification!
The Autavia Isograph series seems to be close, just like the Carrera, but of course, this series is too recent to be the same as those he saw in Japan! And I can't seem to find one with a silver face.
Any other ideas of series that have all numerical hour markers?

    Thanks again

WS2112 on a bracelet? Same Albert’s suggestion above but different colour markers and hands.

The Carrera Reedition did not come on a bracelet I believe but maybe an element incorrectly remembered....
