Long press it in the apps list and it will star it and move it to the top of the list

Ive just had an insignificant (14Mb) update to the connected app, it the blurp accompaniying it it gives details of a 'major' update to Android Wear coming soon. Including new watch face collections and some new themes from exclusive partnerships and a new 'classic' watchface ..

    could be interesting :)

Thanks I’ve already done that. Would have been useful if could have created a command for the side button to open android pay or something?

    English Premiership?

I imagined that would be in the pipeline now that TAG are sponsoring it.. I hope the Brighton one is decent :)

Yes-- use the 'interactive themes' watch face-- and you can add Android Pay as a complication.

Alternately, use Watchmaker pro, and you can build or modify watch faces to launch any app on your watch.

    Hi thanks for the advice.
I have loaded interactive watch face but how do you add complications? I am long pressing the watch face and the + signs on the screen, but all it seems to do is take me to the page asking how many options I want on the screen?

Hi can you tell me how I set it up to ensure I see the Runtastic results on my I phone? I have downloaded Runtastic onto my watch and phone, but would like to monitor my results on my phone even if I don’t have it with me when I’m out jogging etc.

    Thanks in advance...

Sorry not that great with these running apps - how do you do that? Is there a configuration on the watch or the Iphone that lets you do it?

No, I only introduced my email in the watch and after the race, automatically the results appears in the iphone.
I bought today a Garmin because with the running apps that I tried ( strava, ghostracer, runkeeper, runtastic and google fit) only can see distance, time, calories, rhythm but can´t make training plans ( intervals, series,..)
I wish the Tag had pulso meter....

    iPhone User Update 10/12/2017
As of last Friday (10/6/2017) Doing the, "Forget / Unpair" Bluetooth, Uninstall Android Wear from iPhone, reboot iPhone after AW uninstall "Reset" Connected 45 to Factory settings and Re-install AW on iPhone, Pair Connected 45 with iPhone and install all current updates, I am pleasantly surprised to report that the stability of both WiFi and Bluetooth are greatly improved as it the battery life. I have had the CN45 less than a month and as such had only recently gone through the Install and Pair on the initial IOS 11 release. The above done on IOS 11.0.2 THERE IS ONE Smallish problem however, sporadically (but not overtly burdensome as in the last release) Bluetooth will disconnect and AW will tell you to reconnect BT using the re-connect BT card on your phone. Problem is that the BT Card on the phone on the "up-swipe" click on message then click "circle arrow" to reconnect IS GRAYED OUT and will not reconnect from that card. WORKAROUND - Down-Swipe from watch face, click settings, connectivity, then Bluetooth and watch will send BT signal to AW on iPhone and reconnect BT.

Good work TAG / Apple and Android - please keep this kind of collaboration up. Greatly appreciated.

PS - the forget, reset, uninstall, reinstall and update process will take awhile - hour or so, but (IMO) is worth the effort.

    Cheers.

    Update on my woes.

I got in touch with Tag CS, who have so far been excellent.

They sent out a box to post the watch back & I’ve just received the detailed technical report.

They couldn’t find any issues with my WiFi (it would only connect when less than 1ft from the router), but they have stated users on iOS 11 have had WiFi and Bluetooth issues.
Apple have released version 11.0.2 which addresses some of the issues but Tag will be in contact once a permenant fix has been released.

As for my watch falling off my wrist on 2 occasions, this was down to the lugs not being securely attached to the watch head.

I’m not sure if this is a Tag issue or an Ernest Jones issue - but either way, they are sending my watch back to Switzerland to replace these just in case, plus replacing the bezel as a gesture of goodwill (which came off as well & scrached).

I’m happy they are looking to resolve these issues and I can’t fault the customer service, so we’ll see how it looks in 6 weeks when I get the watch back from Switzerland.

I have asked about the Tag companion as well to see when that is due out & what functionality it brings. If I get any info, I’ll share it in this thread.

I’m glad I didn’t sell my Apple Watch now as I’d be without a smart watch for a good 2 months ! I’ve got to say though, I had missed the Apple Watch functionality, but the Tag is streets ahead in style....

My tests using off the freewear WiFi analyzer show that there is a significant increase in WiFi signal from the watch when the watch is plugged in vs when it is on battery alone. Were you connecting at < 1' when plugged in or on battery?

    - Related question, does anyone have a schematic of the Pins on the back of the watch and where they terminate on the MoBoard and what the Ellipse is on the back at the 6 O'clock. I don't think that was there on the original connected - but may be wrong.

    Can anyone help..?

I have an iPhone and use Office 365 for my work calendar. Any ideas on how I can import that calendar to my TAG watch? It's not joined to my Google account, so I'm wondering if there's another way.
