I try to turn off my m45 for a few days with remaining battery around 80~90%.
When i want to use it, the battery is 0% and it need to be charge before using it. Is it decreasing battery percentage while turn off position?i mean turn off not screen off.

For those of you interested I'm running a beta of Pujie Black and the battery drain has been fixed. Happily using PB now with more than 50% of battery by end of day

I had a similar experience twice with mine. What I discovered was that the watch had restarted after I stored it. Don't know if I pressed restart instead of shutdown, or if it happened for a different reason. So make sure it is really off next time you're not going to use it for a while.

Some updates direct from TAG Heuer:

    1. Additional Watch Dials
The TAG Heuer Ambassadors & partnerships watch faces are now live and available on the PlayStore- you can find these here:
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tagheuer.wear.standalone.exclusive

    2. Protective Film on the Screen
The TAG Heuer Connected Watch is delivered with two transparent films fitted that keep the display clean. To ensure that your watch display functions properly, we recommend that you remove both films before using the watch.

Please note that if the films are not removed they will mark during wear and the display may appear to be scratched. You can use a soft microfiber cloth to clean your screen afterwards.

You have to download it directly on the watch, doesn't work on the phone.

Only the watch is compatible. Use the drop-down to select the watch.

Does this pujie black app allow you to customise complications on proper watch faces? Anyone got any examples to post so can see what it does?

Does the voice prompt "ok google" no longer work since the 2.0 update? Looking on the Tag website for the M45 it says you can use this phrase to activate the Google assistant but this doesn't appear to work on mine. I'd read an article on some reviewing site which says they removed the feature so the power button needs to be used, just wasn't sure why Tag would say that's how you can activate the assistant if you are in fact unable to do this?

Make sure you have the setting enabled. I actually turned mine off, as it was a bit inconsistent and it could drain the battery faster as it would constantly be "listening".

Besides, it is far easier (and less annoying on false hits) just to long-press the button to trigger this function.

On the watch, go to Settings > Personalization > "Ok Google" detection

I purchased the watch a week ago and have to admit that there were numerous trade-offs (I took the most attractive lady home knowing that I will be doing most of the cleaning, cooking and care of the kids:)) In my case the looks took precedence and I now have an amazingly made piece that will hopefully serve me well in the years to come. Getting 30% off on the watch allowed me to pull the trigger a little quicker and I got the blue bezel/blue strap configuration and cant stop looking at the watch - it is aggressive and elegant still, while blending centuries of watch making and design.

Firstly, it took me some time to figure out how to get a full day of use without the inconvenience of a mid-day charge. It is really silly that Tag allowed a flowed product to get out at this price, and counted on people's sympathy for the looks. As my first smart watch, my expectations of such device were: 1) to be able to quickly access notifications without the need to reach in my pocket for my phone (while driving, on a bike ride or a jog..), 2) to have a smart watch that looks like an actual watch, and to be able to 3) customize the looks based on mood, clothing, occasion.. The watch seems to deliver on all these fronts and I am overall happy with the purchase. Except:
    - I was hoping that the dial colors/designs will be visible to everybody - not just me only when I look at the watch for the first few seconds. It would have been great to be able to leave the dial visible in sleep mode. There seems to be a workaround with some additional apps, but then a mid-day charge will probably be required which is not desirable for me - adding another charging 'chore' to an already large list.
    - I am surprised that nobody mentioned (I read this forum form cover to cover) that the watch actually has 500 charges after which the battery will deteriorate and a mid day charge will be required until the battery dies completely (I guess the life of the watch will be stretched with few additional months with the above mentioned inconvenience of charging twice daily). Doing the math shows that this watch costs about $100 a month to own. If money is not an issue I suppose such purchase makes even more sense.. I confirmed with Tag over the phone that the battery is not replaceable. I hope that in two years someone somewhere will break the code and will be able to replace the battery for a fee.
-In order to get the so desired full day without charge I had to turn off the GPS, WIFI and NFC and do a battery calibration as discussed earlier in this forum. Since the map is so small and the WiFi is used mostly for new app downloads, which most often happen while the watch is charging anyway, this was not a deal breaker. I haven't set up Google Pay yet, but I suppose turning NFC on right before making a purchase and turning it off right after that would not be a big inconvenience.
    - I am an IOS user and hope that the upcoming IOS app will further improve functionality, connectivity and maybe battery life. If I manage to get two days on a single charge I will be able to use the watch a few extra years and will be very pleased.
    - I hope that new models will be on the same 'modular' platform and buying a new dial (in case the battery cannot be replaced down the road) will allow me to use the watch for many years. I also hope that just buying the dial will be an option - amazingly 45% of the cost of the watch is in the lugs and they are timeless.

Thanks for reading this post - I hope it was useful and some additional ideas will be generated so we can get the most out of this expensive but very elegant piece of the future.

mmm, you should be able to go though a whole day with battery to spare... I am using mine with GPS and Wifi on and before I put it to charge at night (about 16 hours of use) I still have ~40% charge.

I do not have the Tilt to wake on, but that is by choice as I have an always on screen that is very readable (much more than the TAG default ones) and only "wake" the watch when I need more info that I have on the awaken face (like current temperature, battery status of watch/phone, calendar and Fit steps) or to watch at notifications.

This is also related to your other point
as the watch face I use with Pujie Black is there to show me (and anyone looking at my watch) the watch face I like aesthetically all the time

You have a good and interesting point there and one I frankly did not research, if the battery will degrade after 500 charges then I really hope there is an option to change it or the life expectancy of the watch is much less than what I was expecting (its one thing to discard a $200 smart watch after 2 years, quite another to discard a $2K one!)
