I have seen though that now Breitling also offers online purchases with free delivery also in Sweden. Free returns too it seems. So maybe I should just order one, try it out for a day and send it back.

I picked up my Premier B01 for $6700USD.
$8400 was the ticket price. I love my Panda dial.
Just wish it was back from Service already.

I like my Ice King better than the Premier B01.
    But you already knew that.
The Premier seems to me better quality though.
    The finish is amazing.

Ah yes you have both! 6700 feels like a reasonable price for the Premier

That watch can't be more than what, 3 years old maybe? Why did it need service already (genuinely curious)

I was actually searching Aliexpress for a Sea-gull silver dial watch that I thought you might like. It's a 37mm manual wind :D:

I know right - could this be the one? ::confused2::::love::

Oof, impossible to choose a GS - there are new editions daily it seems! All in all, I think they're too dressy for me... even if they absolutely stun in person

True - they are coming out with loads of new models at the moment. There are probably 3 or 4 models that I'm seriously interested in. Price and availability on the used market is what usually stops me, but this one seems a little more attainable in terms of cost. I don't mind something a little dressy. It's the quality of the finishing I would appreciate the most.

I can't comment on the Premier, but I have a similar assessment based on my Navitimer 806 re-edition. This Navi has the B09 manual wind movement which is found in the Pistachio and allows for a slim profile. I especially like the hand painted lume on the Navi 806 and the applied gold "wings", these touches give the watch an added premium feel.

The Navi 806 retails for the same as the Pistachio, but after my discount was closer to the price of my Carrera Dato - which I paid retail for. When I hold the two in my hands, the Breitling does feel like the more expensive watch to me. Nevertheless, I like my glassbox Carrera Dato more. :)

Sure why not? After seeing that video, I'm curious to see the pistachio dial in person too!

They're worth a look these days. I'd normally never go near a Breitling store but ya boi Kern is doing a pretty damn good job these days... the Superocean 57 is still a favorite of mine, since it's just such a wonderful design.

I haven't seen the 806R in person but I did try on the 765 AVI reedition and I thought it was pretty nice too. Think a couple are still available new, even

    Me in Harrods earlier today.

Rob: Look at that disgusting pistachio thing there in the Breitling case.
Wife: Oh that's pretty bad, but it's not as bad as the 'peach' one next to it, it looks like a really bad bridesmaid's dress!
