Here's another 50th anniversary watch, the Yema Rallye "Andretti" re-edition. Released to celebrate Mario Andretti's 1969 Indy 500 win. Mario's watch is on the top right, the re-edition on the bottom left. Limited to 1969 pieces and still available from Yema's website.

I've been toying with the idea of getting one, but I'm not really a Yema fan. Thoughts?

Me too, but I wanted a Monaco 50 more and was waiting for the reveals. Now my mind is wandering back to this watch, as it's still available... :whistling:

It would be a nice addition if you can swing it.

    I like it!
It’s nice that it comes with three different rally straps, and there’s a good story behind this watch and Andretti :)

BTW, there are other interesting Yema models in their website, like this “Superman” 300m diving watch, for less than 900€

Don’t know what’s not to like about Yema. Strong heritage, great designs, manufacture,...
Waiting anxiously for my bronze LE Superman.

Tried on the new b&r at the airport. Would opt for black or blue dial but case and bracelet are stunning!

Thought this was different so I thought I'd share it. A watch that has hands that are a watch. Saw it on ebay. Interesting.

Tempting, but I'll be passing on it for the time being.

    Any takers here?

Haven't seen one with arabic numerals before. Makes the dial look too busy imo. I would always go for the oysterdate iso the prince date but they do command a premium.

These Pagani videos... I can't help thinking it's a 'front' for a company making fakes. On the other hand, if you can sell a watch like this for £70, what does that say about the Swiss companies profit margins? Seems like they could drop their prices 80% and still make a fortune.

Stupid question of the day, but what is the 1-100 track on the old Zenith supposed to represent?
1/100ths of a minute presumably... since the hand would need to go round once a second to measure 1/100ths of a second..

That Zenith Land Rover is mighty nice.
