I knew about it, seen it on books, posters, websites, and on May 17, I came face to face with the holy grail Monaco, the authentic 1133B and for sale. Holding it, heart beat pounding, too good to part and quickly settled the deal and taking him home. For a 45 years old "gentleman", he's still shine and sought after worldwide. Less than a month ago, I bought the reissue McQueen, sitting next to each other, both are a part of Heuer history... Next week, I am getting another piece of Heuer history, a 1972 Heuer Silverstone to share with Calibre 11 members...

Congrats. I would love to have the reedition one.

I think you have two of the best monaco out there. Wear it in good health.

Will be waiting anxiously for the silverstone pictures

    Cheers

Superb catch! What I like about your watch is the case..sure, a nick here or there, but doesn't look to have been polished at all...and most of these are. The dial is lovely..very nice!

My only advice would be to take care when someone services the watch, as the gasket looks like it may not be there, or may be damaged.

Enjoy this beauty..and can't wait to see the Silverstone!
