I bought a new Aquaracer GMT Pepsi about 2 weeks ago. I was in a hurry to make a dr appt and said I'd set it myself. I got home and found the GMT hand didnt sync with the minute hand, it run about 20mins behind where it should and it annoyed me. I rang TAG in Australia, they overnighted a service box to me and I then sent the watch to service centre. It left Sydney yesterday and is on my wrist now. Customer service like this is rare and we hear a lot of bad reviews, I thought Id share a good one!
Good to hear @RmN I know some of the people at TAG Heuer Australia who are fantastic to deal with, so pleased to hear that they also look after their customers well
Unfortunately in todays world we get all the bad stories, it was great to be able to share a positive one
