I guess it looks ok but the Formula 1 Indy 500 just does not work for me
I would be interested to know how many they sell outside the USA.
I think the red around the subdials ruins the look of this watch but I do love the "line of bricks".
I love the brickyard on the dial!
And the black part of the dial looks like asphalt!
I think this is the best of all the F1 Indy 500 Editions up to now!
Where to begin...
Can we have a display of ALL Indy500 LEs TAG Heuer has made? Calling sir @Aquagraph
Must be reading my mind....
I have to say that I really liked this one- review is live here:
And yes, I'm working on an Indy 500 article at the suggestion of @Yago
Looks quite good in that photo, but as ever that Indy logo looks out of place.
We really only need the Indy logo, all the rest looks out of place
Where would you put it though? It always looks rubbish in a subdial.
Yeah it needs space
Same. This is right up there with the Gulf F1, IMO.
The asphalt finish and the bricks are great. Something unique.
I agree that the watch has a unique treatment that makes it cool and very interesting. But there's something about the overall look that just doesn't do it for me.
The Gulf F1 is still my favorite, followed closely by the RedBull F1. I also really like the James Hunt from a few years back, but those are hard to find.
Gulf F1, Red Bull F1 & Indy500 F1 will make it the TAG Heuer F1 Triple Crown
If Gulf F1 is for Le Mans 24H, and Indy 500 F1 is -obviously- for Indy 500, then for the Monaco GP should be a Senna F1... the true King of Monaco with 6 victories there, still holding that record
I agree! That would be a great TRIO! Amen
